I've followed several guides posted in the discussion board to no avail and I'm going nuts trying to get this resolved. Basically, I'm trying to activate the product and the procedures on the website and within the application are not helping.

I tried the CTR-R-P feature, called the phone number, and there is no option for me to get support to get an activation code it says to do it online. I tried to get online support, during business hours, and even the pop-up ΡΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ for the chat screen is empty.
